Frequently asked questions
Is the whole unit IP65 or only the front?
The IP65 rating applies to the front panel when the unit is correctly panel-mounted. The rear housing and I/O side are not sealed to the same level, so they belong inside the cabinet or enclosure.
Which screen sizes are available?
The range covers 10.1" to 21.5", with intermediate sizes such as 12.1", 15", 15.6" and 17". Each product page lists resolution and brightness.
Can I run Windows-based SCADA or HMI software?
Yes, on the Intel 12th Gen C series. Tell us the software and version (for example Ignition, WinCC or a custom .NET HMI) and we will confirm the processor and memory configuration.
Do the panels work with gloves or in wet conditions?
Touch behaviour with gloves or water on the glass depends on the touch controller tuning for each model. Describe your environment and we will confirm the right option before quoting.
Where are product photos and drawings?
Photos and dimensional drawings for these models are sent with your quotation. Ask for them in your enquiry and we will include cut-out dimensions for your panel.
